Beyond Judgment

About this Workshop

Can we stay curious with our uncertainty? Can we notice and allow both that which is judged and that which judges? Can we recover what’s beyond that judgment?

Led by Benjamin Symes, a former Theatre Director and a person-centred psychotherapist, Beyond Judgment is a workshop blending guided private reflection with facilitated group expression. Together we will explore what may be true for us when we listen to all of ourselves and discover what’s around the edges.

Benjamin says: ‘I hope to nurture our courage, allowing us to lean gently into our vulnerability. There we may become more aware and accepting of the relationship with ourselves. This may help us share a non-judgemental group experience where it feels safe to notice our way of being with others.’

These workshops have been made possible by Arts Council England's Emergency Response Fund.
